Pastoral care offers the opportunity to have a conversation that integrates who you are with what you believe and what you most value. You do not need to be religious or faithful to benefit from the careful listening offered in good pastoral care. Sometimes pastoral care is needed after a trauma or serious incident. More often, pastoral care is needed when simply working through the mundane complications of life.
